1. Introduction
DR Gaming LLC ("DR Gaming," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. We develop and publish mobile games, including Eternal Rush, and operate the website located at https://www.dr-gaming.com.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our mobile games, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use and share that information, and the choices you have regarding your information. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide Directly
- Contact information: When you contact us for support or via our website contact form, we collect your name and email address.
- Support communications: Any messages, feedback, or content you send us through email or support channels.
- In-app purchase information: When you make purchases within the game, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your subscription or entitlement status through RevenueCat (see Section 3), but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
b) Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:
- Device identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), device model, manufacturer, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- IP address: Used to infer approximate geographic location (country/region) and for fraud prevention.
- Gameplay and usage analytics: Levels completed, session duration, in-game events, features used, game progress, and other interactions with the Services.
- Crash and performance data: Diagnostic information, error logs, and crash reports to help us identify and fix bugs.
- Ad interaction data: Impressions, clicks, and engagement with advertisements served within the game.
- Network information: Mobile carrier, network type (Wi-Fi, cellular), and connection speed.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate third-party services that may collect and process data independently under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies:
-
Google AdMob (Advertising & Monetization)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within Eternal Rush. AdMob uses advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), cookies, and similar technologies to serve personalized and non-personalized ads. Google may collect device data, IP addresses, and ad interaction data per their own terms.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate the Services: Deliver gameplay, manage your account and purchases, and ensure the Services function properly.
- Improve the Services: Analyze usage patterns and gameplay data to fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features.
- Process purchases: Verify and fulfill in-app purchases and subscriptions through RevenueCat and the applicable app store.
- Serve advertisements: Display personalized and non-personalized ads through Google AdMob to support the free-to-play experience.
- Crash reporting and diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in the game.
- Customer support: Respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide assistance.
- Fraud prevention and security: Detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and other harmful or unauthorized activity.
- Legal compliance: Meet our legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights of DR Gaming and our users.
5. Advertising & Your Choices
Eternal Rush is supported by advertising through Google AdMob. We may serve two types of ads:
- Personalized ads: Ads targeted based on your interests, inferred from your advertising identifier, usage data, and other signals collected by Google. Personalized ads are only served after you grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt or as permitted under applicable Android settings.
- Non-personalized ads: Ads not based on your interest profile. If you decline tracking on iOS or opt out on Android, we will serve non-personalized ads instead.
How to Opt Out of Personalized Advertising
- iOS (App Tracking Transparency): When you first launch Eternal Rush on iOS 14.5 or later, you will be shown an ATT prompt asking permission to track your activity. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then toggle off tracking for Eternal Rush.
- Android (Opt Out of Ads Personalization): Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (the exact path may vary by Android version and device manufacturer).
- Google Ad Settings: You can also manage Google's ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.
Opting out means you will still see ads within the game, but those ads will be less relevant to your interests.
6. Children's Privacy
Eternal Rush is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or applicable international laws. The game is rated and marketed for general audiences aged 13 and older.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at support@dr-gaming.com. We will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, delete that information from our records.
7. Data Retention & Security
Retention: We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Gameplay analytics and crash data are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized. Support communications are retained for 12 months following resolution of the inquiry. If you request deletion of your data (see Section 8), we will honor that request subject to any legal retention obligations.
Security: We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
